Your reward is issued after your referred friend's service is completed and paid. You'll see the reward appear in your dashboard, and we'll notify you by text or email. Most rewards are processed within a few business days of the friend's service completion.
No limit. Refer one friend or fifty — the program is designed to reward you every time someone books service through your link. Your dashboard tracks every referral so you can see your total impact.
The program is designed for new LEX customers, so your friend needs to be someone who hasn't used our services before. If you're not sure whether your friend has used LEX in the past, go ahead and share your link — we'll verify on our end and let you know.
Your dashboard above shows every referral you've sent, whether they've booked, and your total rewards earned. You can also see pending rewards (friends who have booked but whose service hasn't been completed yet). Check back anytime.
That works too. When they call (972) 466-1917, they can simply mention your name or referral code. Our team will look you up and apply the referral to your account. The link is the easiest method, but it's not the only one.
