**As long as you remain an uninterrupted Cool Club Member, 100% of your membership fees accumulated on a pro rata basis at the time of service may be applied towards the cost of a complete system replacement, a complete system with ductwork or insulation, or a partial system with ductwork or insulation. 50% of your Cool Club membership fees accumulated on a pro rata basis may be applied towards the cost of a partial system only replacement, or ductwork or insulation only replacement. Funds are eligible to use after 12 months of continuous membership. Any lapse in membership forfeits accrued funds. Multi-system Cool Club members will receive percentage paid per system.
