**The LEX Vault (Accrued Benefits): As long as you remain an uninterrupted Cool Club Member, your membership fees accumulate on a pro rata basis and may be applied as follows: 100% toward a complete system replacement, complete system with ductwork, or complete system with insulation; 50% toward a partial system replacement, or ductwork/insulation only; 25% toward water heaters, electrical panels, water treatment systems, or generators. Credits become eligible after 12 months of continuous membership. Any lapse in membership forfeits accrued credits. Multi-system members receive proportional credit per system. Benefits are not redeemable for cash or refundable.
