Membership Terms & Conditions
1 If you decide not to take advantage of this benefit, the Precision Tune-up and Professional Cleaning has no monetary value. Limited to 1 Tune-Up and Professional Cleaning per 6-month season. Benefit must be redeemed before the end of each applicable season (summer and winter).
2 If you decide not to take advantage of this benefit, the Plumbing Inspection has no monetary value. Limited to 1 Plumbing Inspection per year. Tanked water heater flushes are performed based on equipment condition, which will be determined at the time of the appointment.
3 Accessible cleanout necessary. Excludes: Area Drains and Roof Drains. Drain clearing purchase necessary for complimentary camera inspection. Limited to 1 Drain Clearing per year, only when an active drain stoppage or clog exists. This included benefit does not apply to preventative or routine drain snaking.
4 If you decide not to take advantage of this benefit, the Electrical Inspection has no monetary value. Limited to 1 Electrical Inspection per year. Smoke Detector Battery Replacement, performed during the Electrical safety inspection, applies to standard replaceable batteries (9V, AA, AAA) only. Sealed-battery and hardwired-only detectors are excluded. LEX is not responsible for the ongoing performance, false alarms, or end-of-life expiration of smoke detector units.
5 White Glove Rewards membership must stay current through the date of service. Offer applies to HVAC system, ductwork, insulation, repipes, redrains, electrical panels, generators and whole home rewiring purchased from the company.
6 An after-hours service fee may apply on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Easter, July 4th, and Thanksgiving regardless of membership status.
7 The original warranty on HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical repair(s) performed today or while a White Glove Rewards member is extended for so long as you remain an uninterrupted White Glove Rewards Member. Warranty excludes compressors, heat exchangers, coils, refrigerant leaks and clogged drains. No monetary value.
8 You may transfer your White Glove Rewards membership to your new home if within our service area, or you may transfer your accrued credits to the new homeowner upon sale of your property. Call us for transfer details.
